Our goal is to match each horse with their forever home.  We need to  contact your references and ensure you have a farrier and a vet,and to schedule a home visit where the horse will be stabled.  Once this is complete we will require a minimum of 3 to 4 visits with the horse of interest to determine if this is the best match.  We have an application that must be filled out and there is a $25.00 dollar non refundable fee.The horse once adopted can never be sold unless we approve the new owner, given away,  bred,  or leased. If an adopter is no longer able to care for the equine, The adopted horse MUST be RETURNED back to JM Horse Rescue at the cost of the adopter. We will also require photos of barn, stalls, fencing and animals currently in your care which can be submitted via email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Adoption fees are non refundable after 3 days and fees range from $100.00 and up. We will do periodic follow up checks on the said horse, requiring updated photos and or vet and farrier receipts.
